In compliance of the plan of action of Delhi State Legal Service Authority 2017, DLSA North-East in association with DLSA Shahdara organised a special lecture/session for Public Prosecutors as well as for all the Legal Aid Advocates on MM and Sessions panels of North-East and Shahdara district on the topic of “Cyber Crimes: Types and Preventive Measures” on 24th April 2017 at conference hall, Karkardooma Court Complex, Delhi.
Sh. Ajay Thareja, Ld. ACJ/CCJ/ARC, (Shahdara) delivered the lecture along with speakers Sh. Akash Jain (Judge & Secretary – Shahdara DLSA) and Sh. Arvind Bansal (Judge & Secretary – North East DLSA). Many doubts were cleared and many useful tips were shared to all the lawyers and discuss more accurately about the offences that comes under Cyber Crime. Sh. Ajay Thareja said that this awareness programme proved to be very fruitful as the lawyers can investigate and execute the cases more effectively.
