Books are the best friends. Yes, the Govt. of Delhi took an initiative to promote books among the students. Delhi government initiated the first ever Mega Book Fair for its 1028 Government schools. According to Ms. Maithalio the official Librarian Delhi Govt. took the innovative step way back in November last year, and publishers were offered the golden opportunity. In this first ever book fair 81 publishers were short listed and 21,036 books were selected to display in the mega book fair. On 20th January, 2018 Hon’ble Dy.C.M. & Education Minister Manish Sisodiya inaugurated the Mega Book Fair at Govt. Co-Ed. Sarvodaya Vidyalaya, Dwarka Sec.22.
