ERA Business School (EBS) one of the fastest growing B-Schools in the country recently organised a cricket match between the students, faculty and alumni of EBS at the police grounds Dwarka. Four teams comprising of 2nd Year Blue and 2nd Year Red, 1st Year and a team of faculty members and the alumni. The Match Was Inaugurated by Dr. Sanjeev Marwah, Director of Era Business School. The director gives good luck message to all the teams and said that the sportsmanship must be maintained.
The match was formally organized by the management just to maintain the cozy and mutual relationship between faculty and their students. The 2nd year Blues were lead by Amit Phogat and the reds by Atif. Faculty team was lead by the director himself and the First year by Rachit Arora. Cricket in India has found strong roots within Indian culture and magically transformed not just the way the game is played but how it is received as well. The match was organised to brass the leadership skills and qualities of all the captains participated in the tournament.
Inspiration-Passion-Devotion-Obsession is what the kind of response cricket evokes in a country like India. The entire event was a grand success and an unforgettable experience has been shared by the students and the faculty from the various parts of the ground. The final match was played between 2nd year reds and the faculty, after a close fight 2nd year Red own the match by 7 runs.
