Class XII students of Humanities (Geography) and Science (Biology) of Paramount International School were taken for field trips to let them have a first hand experience of flora and fauna and field survey.
The Biology students collected data of population densities of various plants, soil sampling and checked the effect of pollution on roadside vegetation.
The Geography students conducted a survey on the farmer’s lives and different crops grown on their land as per the required climatic conditions. The experience was highly beneficial and unique for the students. The trips were conducted under the supervision of Ms. Bharti Mawa (Biology), Ms. Mala Amit Kumar (Geography) and Mr. Sukhwinder Dagar (PET).
It is worth mentioning that it is only because of the whole hearted support of the M.D. of the school Mrs. R.L. Saroha, that the students and all the faculty members avail such opportunities which prove to be highly informative and educative for all of them.
