Winning Interschool competitions has become an everyday affair to students of R.D. Rajpal School. They proved their mettle again when they were declared champions at Shiksha Bharti School, Dwarka. Competitions ranged from Story Telling, Drawing and Painting and Fancy Dress for juniors and Hindi Recitation, Laughter Challenge, English Debate, Technical Art and Flameless Cooking for seniors. It is noteworthy that R.D. Rajpal School students participated in all events and amassed valuable points which contributed to the overall tally. While Maheswari convinced everyone with her powerful arguments, Megha, through her strong views against superstition won the total support of the audience. Both won first positions for debate and technical Art presentation respectively. Next, it was the turn of Chitranshi and Nityanshi, first position winners who took ‘Flameless Cooking’ to a high level by making delicious, nutritious food items. This novel method of cooking will help in saving cooking gas. Jhalak and Shreya made the listeners laugh to their hearts’ content and won second position. The overall II position enabled the contestants from R.D. Rajpal School to claim the Championship Trophy. Principal, Alka Kshatriya, in the assembly, praised the efforts of the winners and exhorted others also to strive towards achieving glories for themselves as well as their school.
