Sh. Ajit Dubey nominated as Vice-Chairman of Maithili-Bhojpuri Academy, Delhi

Sh. Ajit Dubey former Executive Director of Airports Authority of India and President of Bhojpuri Samaj Delhi has been nominated as Vice-Chairman of Maithili-Bhojpuri Academy. Chief Minister of Delhi Smt. Sheela Dixit who is also the Chairman of Maithili-Bhojpuri Academy has given approval to the nomination of Sh.Ajit Dubey and subsequently notification was issued in this regard. It is pertinent to mention that Sh. Dubey has been a founding member of the Academy.

For the last few years Sh. Dubey has been acting like a crusader for Bhojpuri’s inclusion in the Eighth schedule to the Constitution of india. He has a deep concern for the protection, progress and growth of Bhojpuri language, art, culture, heritage and literature and looks very committed towards it. Besides he has been actively and deeply associated with various social, literary and cultural activities related to Bhojpuri and Purvanchal populace .
