Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit today said her party “is on strong turf”, as Congress has in the last 15 years transformed the national capital into a modern city.
While addressing a largely attended rally in Hauz Rani in Malviya Nagar constituency Sheila Dikshit said “Delhiites are mature enough to decide their future and added that they have the choice of opting for performers or non-performers. The Congress has a long experience of 15 years of transforming Delhi from a state lacking infrastructure to a state boasting of its magnificent, modern and longer lasting infrastructure.”
