The Road safety week was observed in NK.Bagrodia Public school,sec-4,dwarka from 23rd April to 27th April to focus attention on the importance of observing traffic rules in order to prevent accidents on the roads which take away attention on the importance of observing traffic rules in order to prevent accidents on the roads which take away thousands of precious lives every year across India .In response to the guidelines of the circular issued by the Transport and Highway
Department,Nk.Bagrodia public school incorporated in its program and display the safe traffic rules through essay writing,drawing and painting activity and skit. Posters highlighting the observance of traffic rules were displayed at strategic points to draw the attention of the students towards “Road Safety”.Various activities like questionnaire related,events and story related to road safety were organized for the middle wing students between vi-viii to spread awareness on obeying traffic rules and signals.A road rally was organized for the students of vii grade near sector 4 market for generating awareness among the people.The students of class vi were involved in role play on the topic of “ Road safety”.The students were also encouraged to reflect on how they would help in future to ensure road safety for all.
