The school strongly believes that the most effective means of International Education is Cultural Immersion. To give a deep insight into the cultural heritage of India and to introduce a village life to our Delegates from College Bory de Saint-Vincent, La Reunion, France, a Cultural Evening,’ Gramin Sandhaya’ was organized in the school premises. The Chief Guest on the occasion, Ms. Caroline Schmitt, attaché cooperation for French, from French Embassy was welcomed in a traditional way by the Chairperson, Ms. Madhu Gupta and Principal, Ms. Archana Narain. The students gave splendid soul stirring performances comprising of mime, sufi dance and peace song. Other highlights of the evening were Chari dance, Kalbeliya Dance, Puppet Show and Madari Show. Pots on potter’s wheel, applying heena and interaction with the astrologer added more charm to the event. Finger luscious snacks comprising of Indian delicacies provided the desired cultural culmination of the evening. The Chief Guest in her address congratulated the school for promoting cultural diversity through such events. The school Management also applauded and encouraged the students and teachers to promote such events.
