On 23rd May, 2015 ANHLGT organised a cleaning campaign in Sec 10, Dwarka. Few of our executive members from sec 6, 9, 10, 22 and sec 23 took the responsibility to inform the people living in their area to join the campaign. We went to meet the Deputy Commissioner, MCD, Mr. Uday and Chairman, MCD, Tilotma Choudhary to help and they promised their full support. We started our campaign with the slogan: Green, Clean, Beautiful, Safe and Healthy Dwarka at 7 am from the sec 10 market, plot no. 1 and after cleaning the shopping complex, went towards the service lane starting from Maitri Apt., Shakuntalam, Saral Apartment etc and assembled at the park in front of Saraswati Model School at 9 am.

30 MCD workers came with Mr. Jai Singh Baniwal, SI, Matiyala and Mahesh Kumar, ASI, Matiyala were there to have keen eye on the workers work and to discuss the measures to be taken to have a clean environment. Mr. T D Arora, Secretary, Sec 10 market welfare association and Mr. Goel from IIT Apt, representing sec 10 societies were also there to help us in finding the problems of areas. We have decided to do the cleaning camps in every sector of Dwarka.
