All are invited to participate in the Druga Puja

Dwarka Kali Bari, a socio-religious organization, is celebrating Durga Puja 2010 from the 12th October 2010 to 17th October 2010 at the site adjacent to the plot allotted at HAF, Pocket D, Sector 12, Dwarka for construction of its Kali Mandir where deities of Lord Siva, Radha Krishna and Hanumanji will be installed and worshipped.
This year the Durga Puja is being celebrated on a higher note of involvement, mass participation and under a unique style of Puja Mandap. The theme is similar to the sacred pandal structure adopted by Ramakrishna Math at Belur Math in West Bengal bringing in the holiest form of Devi Durga with puja being performed in the purest way. The deities are arranged in “Ek Chala” manifestation with traditional decoration.

In view of Govt. restrictions imposed till 14th October, no cultural function will be held. However, to promote local and young talents, cultural function shall be held from 7.30 pm to 10 pm on 15th October 2010 and 16th October 2010..

The Puja is being organized by a Committee headed by Shri Santimay Basu as President and assisted by General Secretary, Shri P. Bandopadhyaya and Shri Chanchalendu Banerjee as Treasurer.

Sh Santimay Basu and Pradip Bandyopadhyay, General Secretary told Dwarka Parichay to spread the message/ appeal to all devotees to come forward and help – support in the construction of the temple.
