Hunt the Asteroid!
SPACE India AIASC Phase-2 Workshop was held on 18thJuly, 2019 at Abhinav Global School, Dwarka. AIASC provides a platform for students to contribute with the professional astronomers to analyze special data to hunt the asteroids through the scientific software Astrometrica and further, students get an opportunity to name the Asteroid as well.
Two students of class X – Akshat Kaushal and Aryan Nagdawne got an opportunity to be a part of this prestigious workshop. The Chief Guest of the event was Group Captain (Dr.) Rajeev Mehajan (Scientist G/ Adviser in SERB) who further motivated the students to work in the field of science.
