Apeejay School of Management, Dwarka, New Delhi is organizing the 5th Conference on Management Practices & Research (ICMPR-2015) on 24th July 2015. The conference with the theme ‘Management Trends and Practices in Global Scenario’ will serve as an interactive forum to discuss contemporary issues and recent trends in management practices and research in changing global scenario. There will be multiple tracks such as Human Resource Management, Marketing, Finance, International Business, General Management, Information Technology and Operations Management to enable academicians, researchers and practicing managers to share their research findings, issues, concerns, doubts and perspectives for the future vis-à-vis specific domains of knowledge and practice. The focus of the proposed Conference is on innovation in management trends and practices.

The deliberations during the conference would certainly stimulate academia engaged in business study to delve into the more serious issues, faced by business, today. Mr. R.S. Butola, Chairman of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd will inaugurate the Conference, while Mr Mukul Sanwal, Retired IAS Officer and Formerly with UN bodies such as UNEP and Dr Pankaj Gupta, Vice Chancellor at Apeejay Stya University will be the Guests of Honour on the occasion. Dr. D.K Malhotra, Chair and Professor of Finance Philadelphia University, will give the Keynote address.

The Conference will have parallel sessions in the functional areas of Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, Information Technology and Interdisciplinary issues. It is expected that more than 50 delegates from across the country will share their views and experiences through paper presentations and discussions. This event intends to bring academicians, researchers, practicing managers and other scholars together and facilitate deliberations to new endeavors and horizons made in meeting management challenges.

This Conference would thus act as a platform to exchange and share experiences, new ideas, and research on various aspects of Management, as well as, the problems encountered and emerging solutions.
