At Bal Bhavan International School, Dwarka we strive to provide an environment that paves its own way to learning stimulation. There is a well -researched, theme based “Dreamland” for toddlers where life rides on the colorful horses of imagination. The place is indeed a Land of laughter, imagination and dreams. Here the toddlers bloom, adapt and adopt the very idea of school and education in a play way manner. With each phase of school education the child bears the imprints of academics, culture and social responsibility that make him an exceptional learner open to vistas of global hues. Our thematic education pattern:-experiential learning for primary equipped with smart classrooms; pragmatic education for middle school and career oriented vocational training for senior students assist us in achieving academic Brilliance. Our integrated curriculum is designed to provide panoramic aspects of knowledge and wisdom, along with continuous exposure to Competitive and Olympiad Exams in order to hone academic brilliance. This year we have aced the CBSE Board results with 432 distinctions in class XII and 732 distinctions in class X. In this session the students of our School have also qualified NSTSE stage 2, 2019. School is also proud venue of ATL LAB, flagship venture of Niti Aayog under Atal Innovation Mission. The Lab is equipped with mandatory apparatus and technology. Our young innovators have time and again filled the gaps of the future with their novel ideas and have won many laurels in Inter school and Zonal Competitions. This year the working model, ‘Elixir OF Life’ exhibited and presented by Ravleen Kaur, class XI and Diksha, class VIII has been selected for CBSE Nationals.
At senior secondary level we offer Humanities, Science and Commerce streams to the children. Career counseling, Global Exposure and Workshops are regularly held to keep students informed and aware. We, here in BBIS, strive to blend academic achievements with sports and curricular enhancement and add on to it technological advancement of each and every student. The boundless energies of young minds are channelized through co-scholastics. Tanishq Chaudhary and Sushant Kaloya, the gems of performing arts have bagged State and National Awards and are set to make BIG SCREEN appearance with the movie Chhalaang . They also have given voice-over for Delhi Government’s project. Shanaya, a young Ballerina for whom life dances in rhythm is yet another rising Star. Siddarth Sharma blissfully enthralls everyone with his melodies and has been applauded at State and National Level. Maithili Thakur, a renowned singer, is the Glittering alumni of BBIS.
There are trained coaches and physical education instructors who instill the importance of physical well being. The Cricket Academy of the school is ‘Talk of the Town’ and has yielded great accomplishments. Anuj Rawat, an alumni, has been selected for Rajasthan Royals, IPL 2020. Dinesh Mor, an upcoming promising Cricketer is yet another notable alumni. There has been an unparalleled glittering galaxy of students who have brought applauds and laurels to the school in diverse fields. Prerna Saini, has bagged a tally of more than 8 Gold in various Taekwondo Championships. Muskan Rana bagged Silver in CBSE National Athletic Meet. In 6th student Olympic National Games our school teams flounced the Tournament by winning “GOLD” in U-14 Boys, U-17 Boys and U-17 Girls in Basketball. Students of the school have been selected for various SGFI National Coaching Camps. School also has an in house Shooting Range in association with McEasa. Yashwant Singh Bisht secured Silver in Delhi State Shooting Championship.
