On the occasion of the Birthday of Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay today, BJP Delhi Pradesh cleaned and garlanded the statues of Freedom Fighters and great leaders of India all over Delhi and also paid respect to them. BJP National Working President Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda cleaned the statue of Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay Ji at Deen Dayal Upadhyay Park and also garlanded the statue and paid respects to him by remembering his contribution to the country. BJP National Working President Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda and Pradesh President Shri Manoj Tiwari also cleaned the statue of Jhansi ki Rani Laxmi Bai at Jhandewalan and garlanded her statue besides remembering her contribution for the country. Delhi BJP Incharge Shri Shyam Jaju, Union Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan, former Union Minister Shri Vijay Goel, LOP Shri Vijender Gupta, Pradesh Org. General Secretary Shri Siddharthan, MP Shri Ramesh Bidhuri, Pradesh Org. Election Incharge Shri Pawan Sharma, National Media Co-Incharge Shri Sanjay Myukh, Program Convener and Pradesh General Secretary Shri Kuljeet Singh Chahal, General Secretary Shri Rajesh Bhatia, program Co-Convener and Pradesh Secretary Shri Gajainder Yadav alongwith District Presidents, MLAs, Councilors were also present on this occasion.
After cleaning the statues of freedom fighters including Mahatma Gandhi at 11 Murti and garlanding them Shri Tiwari said that today we are saluting the contribution of freedom fighters and our great leaders by cleaning their statues and want to give message to the people that they should also join the service of cleaning the statues of freedom fighters and great leaders and also apprise the people about the various aspects of their lives so that the coming generation may have sufficient information about the history of freedom struggle of the country, the freedom fighters and the contribution of our great leaders.
