New Delhi, 13 September 2025 – In a significant initiative to support those affected by the recent floods in Himachal Pradesh and to mobilize a relief fund, the BJP Himachal Pradesh Cell Delhi convened an important meeting in the national capital on Saturday.
The meeting was attended by the Cell’s Convener Sanjay Rana, Co-Conveners, District Conveners, State Executive Members, intellectuals, representatives from various organizations, and distinguished guests. Participants unanimously pledged their support and contributions to aid the disaster-affected communities.
Special attendees included All-Cell In-Charge Ashok Thakur and Rajeev Bhardwaj, Member of Parliament from Kangra and Senior Vice President of BJP Himachal Pradesh, who added weight to the deliberations.
Addressing the attendees, the Cell stated:
“Your cooperation and active participation inspire us greatly. Your presence has enhanced the importance of this meeting and strengthens our ability to carry forward disaster relief efforts in Himachal Pradesh effectively.”
The meeting concluded with the slogan, “Jai Hind – Jai Himachal.” Participants collectively resolved to prioritize and continue relief and support initiatives for families impacted by the floods.
