Similarly applicants under reserve categories had been asked to appear in person along with the prescribed documents for verification and the same has also been completed. DDA has also issued demand-cum-allotment letters to all the successful applicants and most of the applicants have already received these letters or they will receive the same latest by 30th September, 2011. The Demand letters for allotments made for Vasant Kunj, Jasola Sector 9A, Dwarka 18B, Rohini Sector 29, Motia Khan, Kalyan Vihar and Mukherjee Nagar have not yet been issued as the flats at these locations are at an advance stage of completion and in some cases are ready but are being held up due to non-operationalization of lifts.

The fact that these locations are at an advanced stage of construction had been mentioned in the scheme brochure itself for the information of the applicants. All individual allottees of these locations have already been informed through letters, about this aspect by DDA. The demand-cum-allotment letters in respect of these flats i.e. flats at Vasant Kunj, Jasola Sector 9A, Dwarka 18B, Rohini Sector 29, Motia Khan, Kalyan Vihar and Mukherjee Nagar are likely to be issued from November 2011 onwards or as and when the flats will be completed as in certain sectors it may take slightly more time. The status of all the flats has been uploaded on the website and all the allottees have been advised to bear with DDA till these flats are completed.
