A delegation of Dwarka Forum (DF) comprising of Shri A. S. Chhatwal – General Secretary, Shri P. Menon -Treasurer and Shri Shashi Kapoor – Executive Member met Faculty of Transport Planning Department, School of Planning and Architecture (SPA), Delhi represented by Professor (Dr) Sanjay Gupta – Head of Department (Transport Planning), Dr Sewa Ram and other Project Staff members on Monday, the, 23rd December, 2019 at School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi in connection with ongoing study on Comprehensive Mobility Plan (CMP) for Dwarka Sub City awarded to School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi by Delhi Development Authority (DDA).
The Dwarka Forum (DF) team was appraised by Professor Sanjay Gupta about the scope of the study and the progress of ongoing traffic surveys & studies being carried out in Dwarka. The Dwarka Forum (DF) members shared their views about various traffic issues prevalent in Dwarka and possible remedial measures which could be taken up for consideration during the Comprehensive Mobility Plan (CMP) formulation stage.
