QUOTE FROM THE ORDER OF JUSTICE S N DHINGRA
NOW PUBLIC MEN CAN UNDERTAKE STING OPERATIONS TO EXPOSE CORRUPTION
(In the case against Aniruddha Bahal and Sushasini Raj, Journalists)

A country can’t defended only by taking a gun and going to the border at the time of war. The country is to be defended day I and day out by being vigilant and alert and by bringing forth corruption at higher level.. it is built in duties of every citizen to strive for a corruption-free society and expose corruption whenever it comes to his/ her knowledge.”
“When corruption in this country has taken deep roots, citizens are permitted to act as agent provocateurs to bring out and expose and uproot corruption. To show to what extent state managers are corrupt, acting as agent provocateurs doesn’t amount to committing a crime”.
“Police didn’t seem interested in registration of an FIR even after knowing about the corruption. If police had really been interested they would have registered an FIR on the very next day of airing of the papers of TV channels.” Police seem to have acted again as “his masers voice” of persons in power when it registered FIR only against the middlemen and journalists and one or two other persons sparing large number of MP’s whose names figured in the tapes,” an anguished high court noted.
The honesty of even judges should be put on test, as suggested by Chanakya in Arthashastra.
