Youth Unity Sports Club conducted Inter School Volleyball Competition at Shiksha Bharati Public School, Sec-7, Dwarka. It was a matter of great pride and pleasure for Shiksha Bharati School to host 14 schools of Delhi. The competitions were lasted for two days.
On the occasion of opening ceremony, the chief guest Mr. Sumit Kwatra-Inspector, BSF and International Judo Player was welcomed by respected Principal Ms Mamta Gupta. Guests of honour Mr. Rakesh Kumar- President of Indian Youth Power, Sh. Malyawar and Sh. Sunil Lakra were also given a floral welcome. The Chief Guest Ms. Roshni Gulati- SPE, Zone-XXI, Najafgarh and guest of honour Ms. Deepika Madam-Director, Kanishka Institute of higher studies, were welcomed by Principal on the occasion of closing ceremony.
Shiksha Bharati Public School Boys Volleyball team won the I position whereas II & III position were secured by M.D.H and Holy Convent School respectively. In Girls Volleyball team I position was won by UVAS Club and II & III positions were achieved by St. Peter Convent and M.D.H Schools respectively.
Cultural performance Sufi Folk Dance performed by Sr. Wing Students enthralled the audience. Prizes were given away to the winning teams and special mementos were given to the Chief Guest, Guest of honour, Principal Madam, President of Indian Youth Power-Mr. Rakesh Kumar, NFPET-Mr. Sunil Lakra, Gen. Secy. NFPET Mr. Suresh Kumar, Sports In-Charge and PET Mr. Rakesh Kumar, Ms. Menka-PET, Mr.Narendra Chauhan-PET, Mr. Shashi Kumar-Volleyball Coach and Mr. Sanjeev and Mr. Sachin Kumar.
