Mother’s day celebrated at the Indian Heights school

“Youth fades, love droops, the leaves of friendship falls but a mother’s secret love outlives them all”

Keeping this bonding emotion of Mother and her child in mind, we at the Indian Heights school, Sector 23, Dwarka had a special celebration on Mother’s Day on May 12, 2017 in the school premises. A flameless cooking competition for the mothers and their wardswas organize with the theme –“THE INCR-EDIBLES-Mothers The adjudicators and the special guests on this special occasions were Mr. Harish Mann, a chef from Ibis Hotel Gurgaon, & Mr. Rajeev Dutta and Mr. Nafeez from Welcome Hotel Dwarka. The event commenced with the lightening of lamp followed by plethora of activities including welcome song and a beautiful dance performance by the young TIHSIANS .Tears rolled down the eyes of all when an emotional skit was presented by the school facilitators delineating the story of mothers unbound love for her child. The temperature of the show rose and aroma was doubled when the astonishing teachers along with their coordinator and the school principal Mrs Archana Narain walked the ramp. It was a pleasure watching the super excited moms with their dynamic and energetic performances. The judges appreciated and admired the scrumptious dishes and the efforts put in by all the mothers and appreciated their wards for assisting their mothers. The winners were felicitated with the lovely gifts by the Principal and the dignitaries. The program concluded on a beautiful note with the vote of thanks by the Primary wing coordinator.
