Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD), Assesment & Collection Department in association with Karor CGHS Ltd, Plot-39C, Sec-6 Dwarka organized the Property Tax collection camp for FY2024-25 in their Society Hall on 29-06-2024 Saturday at 11:00 am. The MCD team led by Sh Ajay Singh, MCD Jt Assessor & Collection, Sh C.S Kakkar Asst Assessor & Collection Dwarka, Sh A S Chhatwal, Sahbhagita Ambassador alongwith their support staff visited the Society. President of society Sh Rajan Sethi, Vice President Sh Jagmohan Singh, Secretary Sh Suresh Singh along with other MC officials warmly welcomed the MCD Team.
The event witnessed a heartwarming response from residents and neighboring societies alike, marking a significant step forward in nurturing closer ties between the MCD and the community it serves.
Sh Ajay Singh briefed on the community outreach of MCD to provide doorstep delivery of property tax and the need to make Geotagging of their properties. Sh. Chhatwal discussed the benefits of enrolling in the Sahbhagita scheme for RWAs and CGHSs. This was followed by a FAQ session where Sh. C.S. Kakkar addressed residents’ queries to their complete satisfaction.
Residents expressed their gratitude and satisfaction with the MCD’s confidence-building initiatives, urging the continuation of such efforts in the future. The meeting concluded on a positive note, with Sh. Suresh Singh offering a heartfelt vote of thanks to the MCD officials and the Sahbhagita Ambassador, praising their exceptional services and commitment to community welfare.
