ASSEMBLY ON INTERNATIONAL EARTH DAY HELD

The students of class X A of Sachdeva Global School conducted the assembly on 19th April on “INTERNATIONAL EARTH DAY” to celebrate the global annual event. Earth Day which is celebrated on 22nd April focuses on environment conservation.

The theme of Earth Day 2018 is “END PLASTIC POLLUTION”. The school is an active member of GREEN SCHOOLS PROGRAMME and makes all endeavors to adopt eco-friendly habits. The aim of the assembly was to sensitize the students towards the plastic menace and spread awareness to keep the Mother Earth clean and green.
The students spread the message through speech, enactment and an environmental song. The message was well spread and appreciated by all.
