New Delhi, August 7: Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament from Jharkhand, Dr. Pradeep Kumar Verma, has once again demonstrated that public leadership extends far beyond politics, encompassing education, literature and nation-building.
During a cordial meeting at his New Delhi residence, eminent litterateur Prof. Lal Bahadur Swarnkar, Govt . Officer-author Krishna Kumar and senior journalist-author Prof. S.S. Dogra engaged in an insightful discussion with the parliamentarian on contemporary national issues, education and literature.
Holding a Ph.D. in Hindi Literature, Dr. Verma is the founder of the prestigious Sarala Birla University and Sarala Birla Public School. His widely acclaimed book, “Operation Sindoor,” reflects his profound understanding of contemporary national issues and his unwavering commitment to the nation’s progress.
The extensive collection of books displayed throughout his residence offered a glimpse into his scholarly temperament, reaffirming that behind the dynamic parliamentarian is a passionate literary figure and a lifelong learner devoted to intellectual pursuits.
On the occasion, Prof. Lal Bahadur Swarnkar presented Dr. Verma with copies of his latest publications. Dr. Verma also highly appreciated “Prakriti Meri Jaan,” the acclaimed environmental novel authored by Krishna Ji.
