The mega event of interschool competitions, VIBGYOR/ was celebrated with great pomp and show at R.D. Rajpal School, Dwarka. Principal Alka Kshatriya highlighted the milestone achievements of the school in her report.
The gala event with joy rides, giant wheel, potter’s wheel, puppet show, magic show and food stalls provided the perfect ambience for parents and children to enjoy to their heart’s content. It was encouraging to see that more than 3000 people had thronged the school grounds.
Competitions in colouring, fancy dress, recitation, music, dance- solo as well as group- saw massive participation of the very young children from schools in and around Dwarka.
The Potter’s wheel corner attracted maximum crowd with adults and children vying with one another to try their hands in giving shape to pots and diyas.
The venue for the Baby show was the most vibrant where the infants and tinytots were seen bubbling with joy.
Provided exemplary service in judging the Baby show. Prizes were awarded to the cutest kid and the Most Aware Parent. The cultural programme comprising music by the school choir, Orchestra and a meaningful ballet ‘seasons’ was captivating Poorva Rohilla of class XII, winner of Torch Bearer of Dwarka Award, for the Best Student (Academics) and the India+ Korea Friendship Quiz was honored on this occasion. Nandini Prasad who won 3rd position in Word Pro Competition was also felicitated.
