Shiksha Bharati Public School, sector 7, Dwarka, celebrated Independence Day with great pomp and show on 12th August 2016. The chief guest Lieutenant General Rameshwar Roy( retired) UYSM, AVSM, and YSM awardee, unfurled the National Flag with Honorable Director and Principal Ms Mamta Gupta which was followed by National Anthem.

Thereafter, the students of senior wing presented a patriotic group song. Principal mam gave a welcome speech. Nursery wing students gave a Taekwondo demonstration, then they presented a patriotic recitation. School captain delivered speech on the importance of Independence Day. Primary wing students presented at tableau showing the efforts of our freedom fighters from the revolt of 1857 to 1947. Through this tableau they paid homage to our freedom fighters. The performance deserved a huge round of applause.
On this pious occasion, prizes were given away to the High Achievers of Academics by the chief guest. The chief guest, in his address, congratulated the prize winners and focused the value of discipline in life. His address was enthralling. The Head Mistress of primary wing proposed a vote of thanks. Hon’ble Manager Ma’am conveyed her blessings. There was an atmosphere of zeal and enthusiasm all around.
