Man of the Match Shubham Bisht (89) and Himanshu Bhati (4/31) and Tejashwi Dahiya (48) thanks to their unmatched performances by LB Shastri Club (215/8) against Venkateswara Cricket Academy (210/10) in their first victory in the fifth Naresh Memorial Cricket Tournament by defeating by 2 wickets. Batting first, Venkateswara Academy team was dismissed for 212 runs in 37.5 overs with brilliant batting by Sagar Dahiya (103) and Shreyans Mahe (59) scoring runs.
Himanshu captured four wickets from L.B. Shastri and three Wickets by Shaurya Malik. In reply, LB Shastri’s team achieved the target by losing 8 wickets with the brilliant batting performance of Shubham Bisht (89) and Tejashwi Dahiya (48). Mayank Yadav & Aryan Dalal took 3-3 from Venkateswara Academy. According to tournament’s organizer & Cricket Coach Devdat, Shubham Bisht felicitated with Man of the Match award by Journalist and former Cricket Player S.S. Dogra for his match match-winning knock.
