Under the aegis of the Sant Eeshwar Foundation, a grand ceremony was held at the “Plenary Hall” of Bharat Mandapam in Pragati Maidan, where central minister Kiran Rijiju, Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Mohan Yadav, Mahamandaleshwar Geeta Manishi Swami Shri Gyananand Maharaj, and the chairman of the Sant Eeshwar Honor Committee Kapil Khanna honored several distinguished personalities and organizations, including the world-renowned poet Kumar Vishwas from Uttar Pradesh, with the Sant Eeshwar Award 2024.
In the tribal category, Archana Harse (Port Blair, Andaman and Nicobar) and Taren Chandra Boro (Luitpur Kamrup, Assam) received accolades. The late Ram Uchit Singh (Gumla, Jharkhand) was honored posthumously, along with Dharm Mohan Chakma (Lunglai, Mizoram). In the rural category, the Vishwasthali Social Cultural Organization (Basohli, Jammu), Roopsi Garg (Pathankot, Punjab), Jairam Patidar (Shajapur, Madhya Pradesh), and Yeshi Tenzin Lama (West Kameng, Arunachal Pradesh) were recognized.
In the Women and Child Development category, J. Ramchandra Sarath Babu (Nellore, Andhra Pradesh), S. Ayyappan (Chennai, Tamil Nadu), Dr. Darshana Devi (Jind, Haryana), and Dr. Shruti More (Kullu, Himachal Pradesh) were honored. Special contributions were acknowledged for Bharat Bhushan Chadha (Dashghara, Delhi), Chhattisgarh Mitwa Sankalp Committee (Raipur, Chhattisgarh), Mission Vishwa Mamatva Foundation (Pune, Maharashtra), and Bhagirathi Ramamurthy (Kallikuppam, Chennai).
