Virtual International Conference on Cyberlaw, Cybercrime & Cybersecurity

Virtual International Conference on Cyberlaw, Cybercrime & Cybersecurity which took place from 25th to 27th November, 2020 in cyberspace, organized by Cyberlaws.Net and Pavan Duggal Associates, Advocates.  (www.cyberlawcybercrime.com)

The International Conference provided a platform for dialogue amongst various stakeholders in the cyberspace and endeavored to devise legal foundations for the development of cyberspace jurisprudence and to address challenges concerning cybercrimes and cyber security breaches therein.

Given the special pandemic times and difficulties connected therewith, the Conference was a massive success.

The Virtual ICCC 2020 was supported by the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, Government of India, Department of Legal Affairs, Ministry of Law & Justice, Government of India and also by Department of Science & Technology, Government of India.

In the past years, the International Conference on Cyberlaw, Cybercrime & Cybersecurity has been supported by 125+ international and national organizations. These include UNESCO, ITU, and UNU-EGOV in the UN Family, as also by Intersputnik International Organization of Space Communications, Europol Cybercrime Centre, Interpol, Internet Society, World Federation of Scientists, International Association of Prosecutors, Global Prosecutors  E-Crime Network, and Asia Cloud Computing Association.

The Conference has been also supported by Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India; Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, Government of India; Department of Telecommunications, Government of India; and also by Department of Science & Technology, Government of India.

The Virtual Conference platform created for the Conference was highly appreciated by one and all. The contents and the quality of the deliberations at the various sessions of the Conference was exceptional.

At the conference, we had 40 different sessions over three-days having more than 165’ national and international speakers.  The Conference was attended by numerous delegates from five different continents, including various international delegates and speakers as also representatives from the national Diaspora,representing the stakeholders in the digital ecosystem and alive web. The said sessions elucidated from delegate attendees. The sessions were also remarkable in terms of high level of interactivity.

During the Conference the participants and various stakeholders came up with a number of suggestions, solutions, challenges and opportunities for collaboration. The participants of the said International Conference approved and adopted the Conference Outcome Document.
