Health is our physical need; knowledge is our psychological need and inner peace our spiritual need. All these three things were combined at The Indian Heights School, Sector-23, Dwarka on July 7, 2014, when a workshop on meditation was conducted for the students of classes X-XII. This workshop was conducted by Ms. Geeta Hiteshi. The learners were asked to meditate for 45 minutes and visualize or travel down the journey of their typical day in school. The students with their closed eyes followed the instructions given. At the end of the session most of them were able to discover a flow of positive energy inside them which itself was indicative of the constructive power they inhabit, which in turn will help them to move ahead and win over all hurdles and obstacles in life. All the students felt relaxed and rejuvenated after the workshop.
