Venkateswara Academy defeated Hemant Ratan Academy by 5 wickets thanks to a brilliant century by aggressive batsman Yuvraj Sangwan (152 unbeaten) and brilliant innings by Kush Vaghela (62) to win the Manoj Soni Cricket tournament being played for the Cragbaj Sports Trophy.
Playing first, Hemant Ratan Academy’s team Ishant Dabas (119) and Nikhil Sangwan (71) scored 304 for 6 wickets in 40 overs. In reply Venkateswar Academy’s team easily reached the target with the help of Yuvraj Sangwan 152 not out and Kush Vaghela’s 62 unbeaten. Yuvraj adjudged Man of the match for his explosive unbeaten inning and helped Venkateshwar Academy defeated Hemant Ratan Academy by 5 wickets. Sanjay Singh-The Organizor of tournament presented the MOM Award to Yuvraj.
