7th July, 2013: In the 1st Dwarka Toppers Student Award-2013 ceremony organized at Maxfort School, Sector-7, Dwarka. Society for Creatives(Regd.) N.G.O. felicitated around 800 students from 35 schools. The said N.G.O. is founded by Sh.S.S.Dogra on 15th September,2006. Since its inception, SFC is working on all round development of the children. The event was managed by DWARKA PARICHAY-Pioneer Media House of the sub city.
The students who have scored 90% and above in XII class (Senior Secondary board examination-2013) from any stream and even X class students with 9 CGPA were felicitated Jointly by Society for Creatives(Regd.) N.G.O & DWARKA PARICHAY . The main aim of both organization was to hand over the 1st Dwarka Toppers Student Award-2013 to students to encourage them. Even several Principals of different schools were also honoured for achieving academic excellence to their institutions.
Prof. Dilip K. Bandyopadhyay -Vice Chancellor of Guru Gobind Singh I. P. University, Delhi -Chief Guest lighted the inaugural lamp . The other distinguished personalities like Member of Parliament Sh. Mahabal Mishra, Sh.Rajesh Gahlot-Chairman, Standing Committee, SDMC, Dr.Sarita Sinha-Director-Delhi Public School, Palwal, Haryana, Dr.Saroj Vyas-Principal,Fairfield Institute of Management & Technology, Kapashera, Delhi, Wing Commander Satish Sharma-Ex.India Advisor-United Nation Organisation, USA & Ms. Sukhvinder Kaur-President- People’s Voice(Regd.),Delhi , Mr. Ganesh Dutt-Founder Chairman-H.R.D.O., Dr. Lalchandani, Mr. Mukesh Sinha, Dr. A.S. Chatwal, Sh. Balbir Singh Yadav-President Senior Citizens Association, Dwarka, Mrs. Preeti Sharma-Secretary-Delhi Mahila Congress Committee, Mr. Navin Jha, Mr. Keshav Jha, Ms. Vandana Arora, Dr. Rohit Jha, Dr. Rajni Goel-Prominent Educationist & some other prominent educationists and public representatives graced the Award ceremony with their presence.
Mr. Mukesh Kumar Singh & Mrs. Rajni Mishra-Directors of Dwarka Parichay Pvt. Ltd. also shared the milstones of Dwarkaparichay news portal & fortnightly newspaper in front of jam packed auditorium. Even Mr.S.S.Dogra-Editor of Dwarkaparichay & Founder Chairman of SFC also shared few achievements both the organizations and thanked the august audience with his inspirational speech invited the students to come forward and join the hands with them for the all round development of the children.
The Chief Guest, Guest of Honours, Special Guest & other dignitaries hand over the appreciation certificates to more than eight hundred students from 35 schools of Dwarka & its surrounding areas. After this, all the guests were honoured by DPC & SFC. Even 2 minutes mourn was also observed during the programme for the victims of Uttrakhand & Himachal Pradesh states.
The portal of Society for Creatives was launched by Ms.Nita Arora-Principal of SVIS, Sector-10 & Ms. Sukhvinder Kaur –educationist along with Ms.Sudha Datta-Principal Modern Child Public School, Nangloi, & other guests.
The whole programme was well compared by Ms.Pratima Khandelwal & Ms.Navita Saxena. In the end, Ms. Nita Arora on behalf of the organizers thanked the audience. A tasty refreshment was also served to everyone present in this Award Ceremony.
