DID THE PM ASK GOVT DEPARTMENTS TO COVER UP OR CLEAN UP?

I frankly do not like giving a negative subject to my conversations but sadly, I am being forced to do so by the inefficiency shown by the agency entrusted the task of developing Delhi i.e. the Delhi Development Authority.

DDA is quickly covering up dirty spots in Dwarka area and probably other areas as well. The instant case is from Palam-Dwarka Flyover. The spot under the Palam-Dwarka Flyover at Sector 1 Dwarka, is one of the many dirty spots in Dwarka as people from nearby Jhuggis defaecate in open here and throw other garbage. DDA planted sapling here but probably the DDA-Horticulture Department fell short of funds and ultimately the plants died.

At present, DDA is constructing walls at the said spot so high that noone can see whats going on inside. COVER UP ACT! You can not clean a place so simply cover it up. Nobody cares whats behind the walls.

Similarly, all triangular green spaces have been bounded by walls instead of developing them into green areas on four corners of the intersections. Reason given is that after boundary wall, people will not dump garbage. On ground, people are dumping more garbage now, more so because they have now got a curtain in form of wall, behind which they can dump whatever they want.

I am not asking DDA to clean the place or plant saplings or anything else. I just need to get one simple answer, IS DDA SO HELPLESS AND INEFFICIENT THAT COVERING UP A DIRTY SPOT IS ALL IT COULD DO? IF YES, I, ON BEHALF OF ALL RESIDENTS OF DWARKA, DEMAND IMMEDIATE SCRAPPING OF ALL ENGINEERS OF DDA RIGHT FROM THE CHIEF ENGINEER TO THE JUNIOR ENGINEERS. THE CLERKS CAN MAINTAIN OFFICE WORK AND HIRE LABOUR ON DAILY WAGES TO EXECUTE OTHER COVERING UP ACTS!
