Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) will be introducing Hundred per cent automation at all its petrol pumps in the national capital Delhi and in the state of Haryana soon to ensure complete transparency in refueling operations and provide highest standards in quality and quantity.
“consumers will enormously be benefited with the introduction of hundred per cent automation at its petrol pumps. At present more than 30,000 Indian Oil petrol pumps are automated in the country. A customer at the oil pump gets drive in experience with automatic e-receipts, automated loyalty points and automate payments at any automated Indian oil fuel pump “ said Mr Sanjay Sinha , Chief General Manager, Delhi and Haryana state office , Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) while launching the app-based doorstep diesel delivery service in 20 Liters ‘Safar20’ jerry cans in Karnal, Haryana in the state of Haryana for customers seeking diesel for as low as 20 ltrs of quantity .
“The 20 liters ‘safar20’ jerry can diesel at doorstep service starting with a start up Humsafar India from Haryana’s agriculture and industrial town Karnal will benefit small housing societies, malls, hospitals, banks, construction sites, farmers, malls, mobile towers, education institutes along small industries.’ Said Mr Sinha
“After catering to bulk supply customers through diesel door delivery the wave of the home delivery offering convenience in small quantity of 20 liters in Jerry cans will be hit among small requirement customers. The shift from having to go to an outlet carrying a 20 liter plastic can against having one delivered at your doorstep is bound to be success.” Said Mr Sinha.
“This jerry can service aims to ensure a hassle-free supply of the fuel directly to end-users and also avoid unnecessary fuel spillage, unsafe handling, and/or pilferages Jerry Can is PESO approved and comes sealed with a seven-wire seal, having a unique number. Hence, no adulteration and pilfered in between transportation can exist” he added
