Investiture Ceremony celebrated at The Indian Heights School

The Investiture ceremony is a very important event in the student’s life. Through this ceremony students learn about leadership qualities and importance of discipline in life. The Third Investiture Ceremony was held in school campus on August 5, 2013. It was a special occasion where the school entrusted upcoming leaders with responsibilities. The ceremony began with the lighting of the lamp along with the musical rendition of a prayer by the school choir. The team members were brimming with confidence to shoulder the newly assigned duties. The team took a formal pledge to carry out the duties assigned to them with sincerity and efficiency. 

The Principal, Ms. Archana Narain while addressing the students reiterated the importance of virtues such as honesty, responsibility & character building. She also emphasized that leadership and democracy are the need of the hour for our nation’s progress and the school is the right platform to identify leaders among children. It was a great moment for Mast. Anurag Anand and Ms. Akansha Joshi of class XI as they have been selected as Head Boy and Head Girl of the School. The Prefectorial Board also pledged to work with sincerity, honesty and dedication. Students pledged to perform their duties & responsibilities with full zeal and enthusiasm.
