Investiture Ceremony for the school appointments was held in Venkateshwar International School on 19 July 2013. The ceremony started with a prayer and a motivational song by tiny tots. The cabinet was chosen after observing the students in Leadership Camps held separately for Primary, Middle and Senior Wings. These camps included activities as wide and varied as cooking, obstacle race and treasure hunt, quiz and a skit on social issues. The Director of the School, Mrs. Mrinalini Kaura, Vice–Principal, Dr. Manisha Sharma, Administrative Officer Wg. Cdr. Virinder Singh and Head Mistresses of the three wings pinned the badges and awarded them certificates and trophies. Jayant Bhardwaj and Harleen Bindra were appointed as Head Boy and Head Girl respectively and they administered the oath to the newly appointed cabinet members.
