26th July, 2013. On the occasion of Kargil Day the Federation of the Society celebrated with the plantation of 350 trees in the campus of Kargil Society, Dwarka. Sh.O.P.Sangwan-Chairman of the federation informed Dwarka Parichay that we have 414 family whose family member have lost the life for the sake of nation. So, they celebrate this day as a tribute to them. Even Sardar Labh Singh Dhindsa was also graced the occasion who lost his young & unmarried son during Kargil war. The plantation was successfully done with the help of Mr.Ajay Kumar-Assistant Director-Horticulture Department & Mr. Brahm Prakash-Supervisor along with a team of 9 gardeners.
