Canada’s Human Resorce body CPHR awards certificates to Mohali based SBMC students

Susan Ryan, Chairperson, CPHR, Anthony Ariganello, CEO  and Baldev Gill, Ex COO, CFO,  CPHR { British Columbia& Yukon}  awarded CPHR certificates to students and addressed the scope of HR training at a function held today at SBMC, Mohali.

This is the first time that HR association of BC & Yukon, Canada has issued CPHR certificates to passed students in India at i.e SBMC School of Human Resource.The demand of HR professionals has increased globally as Human Resource. Canadian HR body i.e CPHR board sees India as potential market. There are many jobs opportunities in Canada in Human resource field, now the students can get their CPHR certification in India and can apply for HR jobs in Canada.  

The benefits of CPHR certification are that professionals can be trained & designated as CPHR professionals in India, this will save the time, cost and will help in promotion. Salaries in some industries, including utilities, finance and insurance, and the mining, quarrying and oil and gas extraction industries, was more than 50% higher with a CPHR.

There are currently over 130,000 human resources professionals in Canada. There is an increase of 3,925 jobs in HR in the 2018 year, indicating healthy growth. The median HR salary in 2018 is $63,400. HR continues to be one of the better paid sectors in Canada. The MNC’s in India prefer the candidate with these International Certifications. Now the candidates can study In India (both Online and classroom) and give their exams at SBMC.  The HR professionals have bright chances to appear for job interviews in Canadian companies from India.
