Police-public meeting was held on 9th April 2016 at Sheetal Vihar, Sector-23, Dwarka. More than 100 people participate in it. DCP Mr. Surendra Kumar and ACP Mr. Meena answered the various questions and grievances put by the audience. Security & safety of women in the evening at the Malls, Parks etc. were the major problems as in the evening after sun-set the parks are full of bad elements and criminals. DCP has promised to arrange more patrolling in the area.
Retired Air marshal A.K Sing, President of Sheetal Vihar welcomed the DCP and ACP. Mrs. Cicily Kodiyan President ANHLGT congratulated the new DCP and informed that police has several public welfare program but most of the people are unaware of it. For instance Himmat Apps and Police clearance certificate are very important welfare program and should be brought to the notice of the people.
Mrs. Neeru Gupta Joint Secretary ANHLGT and Mamta Baghel welcomed DCP and ACP with bouquet. Mrs. Neeru Gupta gave the vote of thanks. On the same days ANHLGT also organized a talk show on computer Vision syndrome , Dr. Deepa Gupta from Centre for Sight Conducted The show.
