SELF-DEFENCE TRAINING PROGRAMME FOR WOMEN STARTS

          With the joint efforts of Delhi Police and Dwarka Forum, 10-day self-defence training programme starts today in Dwarka.  In first of its kind, over 30 women and girls participated in the training which will prove very useful in confronting and saving themselves from  anti-social elements, chain/purse snatchers and stalkers.  Shri Mukesh Sinha, Editor, Dwarka City, Rajiv Solanki, Vice President, Sushil Kumar, Gen. Secy.  and M K Gupta, Jt. Secy/ Media Adviser were present on the occasion and expressed their well wishes to the trainers and for its successful completion. Solanki ji provided the venue for the training suo motu.
The timings of the training are from 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm at Dwarka Health Club/ Govindam Banquet Hall, near Mother Dairy, Sector 7, Dwarka.  The intending women and girls can join the course mid-way if they could not make it on the first day.  For more details, SMS to 9810550172.
