Siddharth Bhatia

Siddharth Bhatia secured 93.2% in class X CBSE Boards and 89.2% in class XII CBSE Boards.  awarded the Gold Medal by the School, Delhi Public School (DPS) Vasant Kunj for academic excellence for eight consecutive years. Qualified for the Indian Institute of Technology Joint Entrance Examination.

He went for International Olympiad in Informatics (IOI) training Camp in Bangalore in 2008 under the expertise of Professor Madhvan Mukund and other teachers from the Indian Association of Research in Computing Science (IARCS) after two vigorous stages. He qualified for the Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) SB+2 Fellowhip by the Indian Institute of Science (IISC) after an aptitude test and an interview.

He qualified for the Indian National Mathematics Olympiad (INMO) after clearing the Regional Mathematics Olympiad, Delhi and for the training for the Indian Team for the International Philosophy Olympiad (IPO)
2011 to be held in Vienna, Austria. 

He have been selected as the International Volunteer for the International Earth Science Olympiad 2011 to be held in Modena,Italy and qualified for the NKS, New Kind Of Science Summer School by the Wolfram Science under Stephen Wolfram 2011 to be held in Boston,USA. He also qualified as a Kimberly Clark International Scholar from the Kimberly Clark Corporation. 

He went to Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati for a three day technology competition Technothlon selected from students all over India where great scientists and eminent people such as Prabhu Chawla and Professor HC Verma had come. Also had a video conference with Nassim Haramein, the person behind Grand Unified Field Theory. He was offered the Singapore Airlines Youth Scholarship to study in Singapore but I rejected the scholarship then, after an aptitude test and an interview with experienced officials from Singapore and received the Steel Authority Of India Limited (SAIL) scholarship for the years 2009-11 for high school studies.

He was offered direct admission to Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Hyderabad and Chennai Mathematical Institute (CMI) due to achievements in Olympiads.

he is a member of the MENSA High IQ Society and the coordinator of Mensa Delhi,India.  He  scored 99+ percentile which is the highest awarded and was selected at the age of 16, one of the youngest members at the Delhi Chapter.

He was awarded the Sanskrit Scholarship by the Delhi Sanskrit Academy for scoring 96% in Sanskrit Language, qualified in the Saraswati Hindi Varshik Pratyogita, was awarded the Amul Vidya Shree Award for achievement in class X Board Examination (CBSE) and qualified for the Amrita Infosys Programming Contest and received high distinction in the Australian National Chemistry Quiz held by the Royal Australian Chemical Institute.

He has secured Merit Ranks for 4 consecutive years in the Delhi Mathematics Olympiad and National Level Science Talent Search Examination (NSTSE), Silver medal in Manavsthali National Level Talent Test, passed the Delhi Association of Mathematics Teachers National Mathematics Olympiad and won the Junior Open Merit Scholarship (JOMS). He has  completed a Database Designing course certified from Oracle Academy and have an Indiblogger approved blog.

He has successfully held the position of Vice President, Quiz Club and Cultural Secretary in his  school, Delhi Public School Vasant Kunj and was also a core member of the Computer Club (Code Warriors) and the Maths Club of the school.
