The Indian Heights School hosted SANKALP SAHODAYA MODEL UNITED NATIONS-2019

The Indian Heights School, Sector 23, Dwarka hosted the prestigious  conference of Sankalp Sahodaya Model United Nations – 2019 on January 15, 2019. The event witnessed a wholehearted participation of schools from Dwarka. MUN as an educational simulation encourages students to learn about diplomacy, international relations, and United Nations.

The event garnered the participation of United Nations – Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) Agenda: Transforming Our World: The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development (Perils of Indifference).The school Principal, Ms. Archana Narain appreciated the efforts of the delegates and emphasized on the role of the youth in resolving global issues. In her key note address, she congratulated the delegates as they represented the concerned nations and their respective schools. The day was the center stage of thoughtful deliberations and effective solutions as the overwhelming delegates engaged in constructive debates to chalk out ways and means to resolve the pressing issues  to establish peace and harmony among nations of the world.
