The Indian Heights School organized an interactive Orientation Session on March 31, 2015 in the school auditorium to welcome the New Parents. The aim of this Orientation Session was to make the new parents familiarize with the school’s policy, philosophy, vision, rules & regulations, and teaching methodology so that the school & parents can work together as a team. The day started with an enriching workshop conducted by Mr. Gulraj S. Shahpuri, an eminent consultant, educationist, psychologist & Founder of ‘Promise-Personality Development for Kids’. During an interactive session with the parents, he gave them wonderful parenting tips.
The Principal of the school, Ms. Archana Narain, welcomed the parents and discussed in detail about the rules and regulations, curriculum, facilities and initiatives of the school. She emphasized that Parent-School Partnership strengthens the bond of trust and this mutual cooperation helps achieving greater growth. She also assured them that the transition of their wards from home to a new, conducive and safe environment will be a joyful learning experience. The programme culminated with the class facilitators introducing themselves to the parents and open house session.
