Union Minister J. P. Nadda Celebrates Holi with Himachali Community in Delhi

A large number of distinguished members from the Himachali community gathered to celebrate Holi with senior BJP leader and Union Minister for Health & Family Welfare and Chemicals & Fertilizers, Jagat Prakash Nadda, at his residence (B–7, Motilal Nehru Marg) in the national capital on Wednesday.

The Holi Milan celebration witnessed enthusiastic participation as attendees exchanged greetings, applied colours with gulal and shared the festive spirit of togetherness. The occasion highlighted the values of harmony, brotherhood and cultural unity among members of the Himachali diaspora living in Delhi.

The gathering also provided an opportunity for guests to interact with the Union Minister in a warm and cordial atmosphere. Nadda personally greeted the attendees and applied gulal, celebrating the traditional festival with joy and affection. Shehzad Poonawalla, National Spokesperson of the BJP, also graced the occasion and joined the celebrations, adding to the festive spirit of the event.

Speaking on the occasion, Surender Nath Sharma, Vice President of Neri Shodh Sansthan, Hamirpur, described the event as a memorable platform that strengthened cultural ties, goodwill and community bonding among Himachalis residing in the capital. The colourful celebration reflected the vibrancy of the festival of Holi, filling the atmosphere with warmth, enthusiasm and a strong sense of cultural belonging.
