Title: Manager / Estate Officer Contract type: Temporary appointment
Duration of contract: 13 months Application Deadline: 8 June 2012

Description of duties:
Under the overall guidance of Management Committee of Nav Sansad Vihar CGHS Ltd and, the  incumbent will carry out the following duties:
-Day to maintenance of Residential Complex.
-Planning preventive maintenance schedules of various machines, instruments and Services (MEP) to increase machine up time and equipment reliability
-Identifying areas of obstruction / breakdowns & taking steps for rectification
-Housing Keeping Managment
-Installation and commissioning of various equipments and conducting tests & inspections to ensure operational effectiveness of Services
-Coordination with the contractors, suppliers, Workers & labours and upkeep of records
-Supervision of various works executed Private Contractors/ Service Providers
-Management and smooth functioning of the Society office
-Basic knowledge of Accounts
-Maintaining records and assets
-Liaison with DDA
-Liaison with Registrar Cooperative Societies

Perform other duties as assigned and necessary.
Education: Proffered: Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical.

Skills:
-Proven knowledge and skills in field Maintenance of Large Residential Complex with Electrical and Mechanical Installations.

-Proven abilities in knowledge management, technical
-Ability to work with diplomacy and tact in a multi-cultural and complex environment.
-Other skills (e.g. IT): Proficiency in relevant computer applications and information management; ability to draft Letters, Proposals and technical reports.

Experience:
Essential: At least 5 years of professional experience in the Supervising Maintenance
Desirable: Experience working in Cooperative or Builder Apartment
Annual salary: Approximately Rs. 2,22,000
