The delegates were representing countries like Afghanistan, Algeria, Ethiopia, Kiribati, Niger, Rwanda, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Botswana, Ghana, Malawi, Nigeria, Swaziland, Uganda, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cote D’ Ivoire, Guatemala, Guinea, Kyrgyzstan, Morocco, Kenya, Tanzania and India. Later poster of 11th edition of festival of cellphone cinema was released by the delegates.
