Christmas was celebrated with a lot of zest and zeal with the children of ‘Pahal School for Slum Children, Sector 23, Dwarka’ and ‘Reshmi Seva Niketan Orphanage, Najafgarh’ on December 24, 2014. All the children and staff were excited to attend the Christmas party. Staff from Gurgaon based company ‘NTT DATA GLOBAL DELIVERY SERVICES’ distributed hygiene kits to all the children comprising of toothpaste,toothbrush, sanitizer, soap, shampoo, oil, comb etc. A demonstration of usage of all the things was done.
Under the ‘Joy of Sharing’ annual program, The EnglishBytes, an academy for English language in Dwarka Sector 22, hosted the lunch for the children. After the cake cutting, children were distributed hygiene kits and lunch was served by the staff of The EnglishBytes. Children entertained everyone by singing Christmas Carols and reciting rhymes etc.
The event was graced by Mr. Malay Chakrawrty, Founder Pahal, Mr. Rohit and his team, Mrs Bhavna Pandey, Founder The EnglishBytes, Mr Chaman Lal, Mrs Dimple Gaur and other staff members from Pahal.
