DMA-Dwarka Area Celebrated this year’s ONAM on Sunday, 22nd September 2013 at DDA Community Center, Sector: 7, Dwarka, New Delhi, with Samskarika Sammelanam, various cultural programmes followed by Grand ONAM FEAST.
Shri Venu Rajamony, Press Secretary to the President of India was the Chief Guest for the Function. DMA Area Chairman Sh. Jayaraman presided the Function and Sh. M A Sudhakaran, Secretary has given Vote of Thanx.
Sh. Venu Rajamony distributed the Educational Excellence Award and Cash prizes for the meritorious students who scored maximum marks in 12th standard from the area and also presented the award to the Winners of Manorama & DMA conducted pookalam competitions on 8th Sept 2013. Various Cultural Programmes was also there to entertain the malayalees. More than 450 people participated in the programme and Onam Feast thereafter and it was a grand success.
