Lockdown, Covid 19, ON-Line School, Social Distancing—-This new vocabulary proved to be mere words, when the idea of organizing English Language Day was floated by SVIS Co- Learner, Ms Nita Arora.
Sitting at their homes and inside a Virtual School, Department of English geared up; brainstorming began, ideas were exchanged! And then, all the On- Line Platforms became the Stage; And All the Child Prodigies of SVIS came together like never before! An overwhelming response by the students made it a day worth remembering for its “Never Say Die Spirit”!
The moments of making paintings, sketching cartoons, creating Hash Tags, writing essays, reciting poetry, enacting scenes of Dramas and electrifying Debates-“All to Be or Not to Be” moments were emitting a raw appeal and an innocence!
Keeping our faith and hopes alive, we pray that we celebrate many more days with our creative genius in the safe and healthy environs of our ‘real’ school! AMEN!
