Actor Shama Sikandar  turned a Fashion Designer
Actor Shama Sikandar has now taken the mantle of a fashionista.
Along with acting she has moved into fashion designing too. “Indian women are so beautiful but most of the time, they do not know how to compliment their beauty with clothes properly. My designs are not just to cater to their high end design requirements but also to be their stylist. India has been treated as a second class destination by most of the international design houses because we tend to accept whatever is offered. My idea is to make Indian women demand the best and latest that is available for the other markets too. I have already been fashion conscious and people have complimented me on what I wear and how I wear. It is this fashion sense that will be part of my designs too,” comments Shama Sikandar.

Shama has played the role of Puja in serial YEH MERI LIFE HAI, was main lead Shunya in SEVEN of Yash Raj on Sony TV and has done few episode of Aahat. She had also participated in the reality show Ek Khiladi Ek Haseena with Vinod Kambli. Shama has been walking the ramp for elite designers like Ritu Kumar, Nisha Jamwal, Shaina NC and Neeta Lulla. “Currently I am also into learning to play Violin,” she laughs. Other hobbies are Dancing, Kick Boxing, Swimming and gyming.
